Submit requests through the resident portal at aurora-apts.residentportal.com/auth or call the leasing office. Emergency maintenance is available 24 hours a day.
What is your parking policy?
Aurora offers first come, first served surface lot parking for residents and guests.
Do you offer cable and internet services?
Service options depend on local providers. Contact the office for current details.
Can I grill on my patio or balcony?
Personal grills are not allowed on patios or balconies. Residents may use designated grilling areas.
How do I refer a friend to live at Aurora?
Contact the leasing office and they will guide you through the referral process.
What steps do I need to take to move out?
A written 60 day notice is required. Notices may be submitted through the portal or to the office.
